Practical group sessions helping participants understand their responses to pressure and learn simple breathing, presence and communication tools that can be used during the working day.
LEVEL 02
Regular follow-up to understand participation, address barriers and help HR support the program without accessing employees’ personal information.
LEVEL 03
Focused meetings connecting the program to organisational needs, reviewing aggregated indicators and discussing management actions that can support a more balanced working environment.
